In relation to Ocean Shores Real Estate, there is a lot of talk about high inventory, and too much for sale.
However, taking a look at the latest count of "active" listings in both land and home in Ocean Shores, it looks like the inventory is starting to come down.
As of today, July 28th 2012 we have:
285 Homes for sale - this number is definitely below the 300 mark that we hit in the past.
15 Bank Owned Homes - I remember when we had more than 30
12 Stick Build Homes under 100K - this is definitely a change!
500 Lots on the market - This number was well over 700 at one point.
